I am a frequent visitor to the GMC CO-Op and he was raving about it. Ijust called and got the info. Here is a quote from Jim Bounds. http://www.gmccoop.com

Did you get your copy of "Motorhome Classics"? Man, you gotta get one a deeze! If your not on the subscription list, Email me your address & I'll send you a copy until I run out. We really need to support this guy. Buy the magazine! If you were to take an issue of Car Craft, pull out all of the car pics and install cool pics of GMC's, you would have this issue.

I enjoy reading about his updates and conversions on the GMC motorhomes, he also does some work on Airstreams and Argosys. He currently has a 26 ft Argosy in his paint booth. Part of my intrest is he is only 90 miles away and I am gonna need paint. I have seen a couple of his paint jobs up close and boy do they shine!

I have had some e-mail contacts with Bruce as they are preparing an article on our Airstream coaches. They are grabbing some photos from my archives.

"Get your sub in soon, though (call 888-295-5800), and you'll get the second issue -- which will have an overview of AIRSTREAM coaches as well as an interesting piece on the old Corvair-powwered Ultra Van.

I was excited to get my first 2 issues of this mag. I really liked them. Of course they are heavy on the GMC models, but those are so similiar in problem areas that the info is still useful to us. The article on the Corvair powered Van things really made me laugh, as when we were in the N Georgia mountains, TWO of these things went by us in Helen. I thought one was a custom job, until i saw the second one a bit behid it. Funny looking, but quite innovative.
I hope to see coniued Airstream coverage in the magazine, as well as some info on other "classic" motorhomes out there. (Revcon?)
