if its just the original sink and fixtures your looking for you can have mine. i'm parting out all the interior of my 310. it has a center bath so i'm not sure if yur looking for the counter too

look in Lowe's and Home Depot, I think their sinks are very close to those dimensions. And all ceramic too. About $30
