Dometic AC issue

Fan would not start but compressor kicks on. I can get fan started with a screw driver and it will than run. Replaced start capacitor it still will not start fan. What next?

Fan Motor. Not sure if it will come out without moving the condenser coils but if it will that may be the way to go.

Don't run the compressor without the fan for more than a few seconds. You will build high head pressure.

Well most likely the sleeve bearings have dried up and the friction has gone up to where it won't start without help. Does the shaft have any resistance to being turned? The fan should spin freely without power. If it is stiff the bearings are gone and can't be fixed. Probably $150 for a new motor. If the town you live in has an electric motor shop they can test it and match up a new one. You might be able to order one from Grainger or even Dometic.
