Battery isolator

See signature for bus type. Alternator is working fine but house batteries are not being charged when driving. They are charging when on shore power. I assume there is an isolator/relay or some similar device that has failed. It was dark when I made this discovery so I could not hunt for it. Can anyone give me a hint where it is? Otherwise, I will follow the wires!
