Are Bilsteins worth it

I may need to repalce shocks/stabilizer on my 84 310 MH. Would those of you who have used Bilsein's tell me the benefits?

TIA

I took off Monroes that were still in decent shape and replaced them with Bilsteins, they are more firm. If you want a softer ride I would go with the Monroes, heavily loaded or to tighten up handling the Bilsteins would probably be better.

If you even halfway think what you have on are original, it is time to change them.......I replaced the originals with Bilsteins all the way around........

If nothing else there is a "comfort factor" with the Bilsteins -- one less thing you have to worry about.

I put them on my car (upgrade from OEM).

Night and day difference on the car...like it very much. Not sure how it would behave on a MH, but on a car they are tops!

Replaced fronts and steering stabilizer with Bilsteins on the 345. Changed the rears and tags to monroes. Very happy with the ride improvement.
