Any 20ft Argosy Mohos out there?

I have a 1977 Argosy motorhome that is great and looks like it will bring us lots of fun and pleasure. However, I am not the argosy buff that would need no help. Here is my dilemma. After I filled the clean water tank, a noticed a constant leak coming from directly underneath the tank. I initially thought it was damage from a hit or the like. After closer inspection, I realized that it was actually coming from and hose. Sort of like an outlet. It sits directly under the tank, I imagine that it is a relief valve of some sort. I have searched hight and low, to spot the lever that turns it on and off, but have been unsuccessful in finding it. Any ideas?

I have a drain that is on the side of the tank and goes through the floor with a little stub hose. Any valves on the side of the tank?

Valve

There is a valve under the restroom sink, that I tried several time to open and shut, but the water kept coming down. Evidently it was not it, there has to be another location where this is controlled from. I will check under the fridge today. Thanks for the help.
