Adding Dinette
I am looking to do some mods on my 1983 300. I would like to add a dinette that becomes a bed. I am also considering replacing the couch. However that would mean moving the water tank to under the MoHo.
My problem is this....The couch is only good for one person when folded down. The stock captain's chairs do not double as a place to sleep. I am thinking my goal is to have a massive bed when I fold down the couch and dinette if I could get it all to line up right.
Has anyone found an aftermarket dinette that works for this? I see them on ebay but I am just wondering if anyone has bought one and fitted it in.
There are a few threads where folks installed a 'floor' mount like on a boat for a chair stem. Then used a 'stem'/pipe to support the dinette. Remove the 'stem' and the dinette drops in to complete a bedding surface.

Yes. That is exactly what I am thinking. I see that I can buy dinettes on ebay. I was wondering if anyone has done this on a 300 or 310 and could tell their tale.
