Cool '76 Argosy 28' What engine mods pay off?

I just purchased a 76 28",VERY reasonable ($2500)! I will be fulltiming all next year and need decent mileage/dependability. Engine/trans really decent.Exhaust is noisy and needing attention. Heddman Elite coated hedders seen reasonable/are they worth the effort/cost? The coach is in decent interior shape/all there. Generator is good, as are the electronics. The chassis climate system is in need of re-engineering for better flow/comfort, is this a real pain and not worth doing. The roof air works fine. Thanks! JOE

Yes, if you think of them as part of the total system. You also should do everything you can to get cool fresh air into the carb. This will help the engine run cooler and make it more efficient.

That can get expensive often doesn't have satisfactory results in extreme climates. The volume of the interior is really more than the vehicle ac was designed to cool. As long as the generator and roof ac work you can run them with a lot better results, a dash fan will help circulate the air.
