Yes. Doing it now.
I regularly also use the A/C (with softstart), microwave, and toaster (one at a time) when the 15 amp plug is plugged into a 20 amp circuit. If the breaker is handy, you can try what works and reset the breaker when you trip it by using too much at once.
If I leave the A/C, toaster, and microwave off I can use everything else all together including the TVs, fans, water pump, and everything I have plugged into the outlets without going over 15 amps. I haven’t measured the propane furnace draw, but I suspect I could use that as well.
If you use 15/20 amps regularly or without easy breaker access, you may want to know how much each item consumes so you can come up with simple rules for not going over. I used a “Kill A Watt” plug-in meter to see how much each item uses.
