July Travels - 1963

Hello all. We just returned from a 4300 mile round trip from central Texas to the north woods of Wisconsin traveling with our 28' Ambassador. I have many items to deal with most notably the condition of the frame. There was noticable seperation of the interior walls during our last several road trips. All I wanted to accomplish with this post is to let you all know we have a '63 out on the road and am willing to listen and respond to any inquiries.

We are in Travis County, just west of Austin close to the burg of Bee Caves. And where are you and yours?

I live over in Hays County, about halfway between Oak Hill and the Salt Lick, just off of FM1826 (Camp Ben McCullough Road). To be exact, I'm in Hills Of Texas Estates, located just behind the original Hills Of Texas subdivision.

I have a brand new International AS that I have to keep out near Dripping because of covenants where I live.

I would like to see your '63 some time. Old Airstreams fascinate me. I have a well-equiped woodworking shop if there is anything I can help you with.
