Bambi found!!!

Got a call from the person that bought my stolen trailer.....
the theif gave him a bill of sale even...I had posted signs that a sign company made all over this little town and a friend of the buyer called him.
He called me tonight and said " I think I have your trailer"
I have been numb walking around and now feel beyond happy.

going to pick the old girl up tommorrow and by a lock for the hitch...
she had an adventure without me.....

Thank you for the thoughts help and kind words...this is a great community....

Now I can plan to go to an event or rally this summer and meet some face behind the silver....

God bless all of you...

Patrice

Hi, I'm sure happy to hear that a stolen trailer [Airstream] was found and will return to it's rightful owners.

Congratulations Patrice. Have been wondering how you were progressing on recovering your baby. Let's hope he didn't make too many renovations that can be made right again.

CONGRATULATIONS, I know for you it is a huge relief and for all of us it shows through hard work, such as what you and the others in our Airstream family had done, things can be done. Enjoy your trailer as I know you certainly will more than ever now.

Glad to hear that you got your Bambi back. About every other year or two there is a theft of a Bambi, or other size on occasion, and I've yet to read where the owner got it back. Again, glad to read about the happy ending being in site.

I'm so glad you found it! I agree the guy that bought it should have seen the red flags when the seller asked for only $200, and no title! Anybody can write a bill of sale...

Please let us know how it looks after you get it back. I'm hoping the buyer is a master craftsman and the work he did is exactly what you would have wanted.
