Smile Airstream conversion to concession trailer

With all sarcastic remarks aside, lol Can anyone tell me where to purchase rivets , alignment pins, aluminum exterior and interior sheets tools in the Arizona area, I’m pretty new to the area and most of the dealers are just selling new airstreams, I just removed all the interior skins and wiring and stuck looking for everything now.
Thanks,
Jackhammer

There are no trailer parts, that you are looking for, available off-the-shelf.

Tools and materials are all available online:

Basic tools, rivets and clecos ("alignment pins?"): Vintage Trailer Supply, The Yard, and Aircraft Spruce

Aluminum sheet: Aircraft Spruce or local aluminum sheet suppliers.

Do a quick search of the Forums for "Shell Aluminum" and you will see several threads detailing the thickness and alloy of aluminum sheet to use inside and out on all years of trailers (yes, it changes).

There are also lots of threads detailing what it usually takes to make a 60 year old trailer road-worthy (search for "full monty"), and various threads describing what it takes to beef up the frames, axles, suspension, etc., to convert a light travel trailer into a concession wagon.

Thanks! I never thought about the extra weight! I’ll check that out too! And I just found vintage trailer supply and I’m getting the rivet gun kit with all the pieces.
I appreciate the fast reply

Thanks for the help! I have another question, what is the best cutter for thin aluminum without too much distortion? I’m looking at an electric shear on Amazon but wanted to hear from someone here what is best
Thanks

We used an air compressor powered sheet aluminum shear similar to this one - works great for cutting straight lines w/o distortion. Amazon probably has the same thing...various makes/models/price tags.
