where can i get a service manual?

of course it didnt have the original service manual.
where are those (or copies) available?

We've been members for just over a year now. Lurked at first, but now are an active part and post daily.

You will find many helpful friendly people here. There is usually someone online just about 24/7. No question is too dumb to ask, so ask away. Most people have an opinion, not all are experts, some are; but we've all "been there, done that" to some extent. We love to see photos of before, during and after of all aspects of your adventures & projects. You can ask simple questions in the threads-specific categories, and also start a blog chronicling all your efforts. Some people do it in a dedicated thread where they post all their goings on. It's up to you.

Anyway, make yourself at home. Search the threads/posts for specific info you need and get familiar with posting and please be sure if you start a thread to utilize the "tags" feature at the bottom om the page. This helps others in the future find info when searching.

Service manuals did not start until 1972 model year.
