It just needs brushing and a bit of detangler spray. Three-four hours max once a week.

Of course, getting close enough for a human to detect the scent of a wet bear is in the Maxwell Smart category of, “everyone is entitled to at least one fatal error.”

The bear looks like he’d rather not be wet in that photo... because of his expression and general body language.
