The dealer dewinterized our trailer. We flushed our water tanks with bleach. When using the trailer for the first time after, there is a rotten egg smell when turning on the water. The water smelled right away (before the water heater was turned on). The water coming out of the faucet the hose was hooked to didnt smell.
I would be sure this is the problem. Rotten egg smell is usually associated with gas. I would check my propane tanks and also your batteries. Possibly low on water.
The Aluminum water tank will generate a small amount of hydrogen and over time without use the hydrogen accumulates except if your water happens to have a bit of sulfates or sulfides. The hydrogen then reacts to form H2S the rotten egg smell. In our trailer H2S tends to accumulate in the shower piping as we have sulfates in our home water.
