Thanks Joe. by the way, i need to understand the WBCII costs. when i go on their site, i want to know the costs but i have to enter a bunch of data before i understand the costs. Can you help me out with this?

Annual WBCCI international dues are $75. You also have to either pay the "Member at large" surcharge which I believe is $20, or join a local club. Local clubs dues vary from $1 to possibly $25, with most being $15. You can join any local club, not necessarily the one geographically closest to you. Members at large only belong to the international club, no local club.
