Look what pulled up next to me today...

We had new neighbors arrive today at the park. Very nice folks, I think they have frequented these forums a few times. Here is a pic of their baby:



She sure is lovely, #3 off the line, I believe.

Can those sort of jacks be retrofitted on a vintage trailer? I cant seem to find much information on this.

It is indeed a very nice trailer. I'm trying to make out what they are watching on TV inside. It looks like they have a good size screen in there.

That jack is called a "BAL" jack.

The model that must be used on an Airstream, has a 13 inch shaft.

A parts stocking Airstream dealer would usually have them.

Yes. I've added BAL stabilizers to my 1963 Trade Wind.

Nice photo. Thanks for sharing. I have always wanted to have an aluminum AS. It's just not meant to be right now.
