LED light covers removal in 2019 international

Hi does anyone know how to remove the lens cover from the sconces / reading lights ? I have some material to cover up the harsh LED lighting however Iím not able to remove the covers on just the reading lights - thanks for any suggestions

On mine a firm hand grip on the body and lens retaining ring to twist it apart worked fine. I donít remember which way the ring turns.
