I don't remember what I did, but from what you say, I probably contributed. I know I did something monetarily that caused the limits on blocked ads to go away.

Yes I see the items you mention. However I am guessing those are not seen as ads by Adblocker. due to how they are posted here. I do not consider them to be ads. I consider them to be announcements of Airstream related activities The Ads are big banners and blocks for commercial companies. I'm fairly sure no income is generated for social Knowledge by them being here. To me that's what makes an advertisement.

Those are my ideas on the subject.

I have full adblock on my browsers, and the AS ads show.

They don't bother me, most are get-together announcements. A few are AS-related commercial, but if they help support the site, great!
