Trouble downloading photos on my Featured ad

I need some help. I have placed an ad in the classified section to sell my Safari. I have paid for the featured ad option. I have trouble downloading photos for that ad.
Here is the sequence that I go through:
Open my ad
Hit the edit button
Choose the option of dealing with photos
Open my photo library
Choose the photos I wish to upload
Allow them to finish uploading
Hit the green next button
The next screen that pops up, gives me the Option of a free or enhanced membership. I have paid the $100 for the enhanced option. If I choose that it asks me for $100 again. If I stay on the standard option and hit next, it will not upload the photos chosen.

I hope this is clear and I hope someone can help me. I have only been able to download one photo on my head.

It’s frustrating because I have paid the $100 and I am not getting the benefits of that choice. What am I doing wrong or what am I not doing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

PS I have compressed the photos so that they are smaller in size so that should not be an issue.

Just a suggestion but maybe posting the instruction here in the forum instead of sending PM's might help others.

The issues are too dynamic to post a one size fits all. Everyone's situation is different with devices and skill levels.

One on one support starting at private messaging works best.

Ouch. You have been summarily dismissed Hans627.
I find it hard to believe that a website would have to resort to private tutoring in order to have pictures posted on their site.
Time to make the system user friendly?
Why are you not being transparent?

Gene, that seems a bit harsh.

A polite, to the point, succinct reply is considered being "summarily dismissed". I actually thought it was a good reply, question well answered.

There are good instructions for posting classified ads but the don't always cover all the questions or problems we have.

And there is so much lost in a back and forth dialog on a Forum that a one on one conversation often is the best fix to the problem. There's nothing hidden or secret here.

These are volunteers kindly helping the masses. We've all got different tech skills and are using various different tech gadgets with different softwares and virus protection etc.
