Time stamp off
The time stamped on a post, when it is posted, seems to be fast by an hour. I have double-checked my User CP and the time zone is set correctly for Eastern Time. For instance I am typing this at 3:46 PM, and the time stamped on this post is 4:46 PM.
Anyone else noticing this?

Yes, I've noticed it for awhile.
FWIW, your post is stamped as 2:46 here in CO - actual time would have been 1:46 because it's not yet 2:46.

I noticed that after the time changed, seems to happen every time we go on or off DST.

Yep, spring forward/fall back.
So I guess we didn't "fall back" this year...another 2020 anomaly behind us!

I changed the time zone in my User CP Options to Central time, so that all the time stamps appear correct here.
