Thread number 50 - the black hole
i notice that myself and others sometimes 'miss' threads. i also noticed that the first page goes from 1 to 49 and the second page goes from 51 - 100. what's with that?

Hmm - I never noticed. You can change the number of threads you view at once in your user setting and I have mine set differently, but will investigate.

Actually the first thread is the invisible thread #0 which is hidden because it contains the secret government required preamble to each forum. Therefore thread #50 is actually thread 51 and is hidden because of its similarity to Area 51.

i see some changes are going on. i just want to report that today i had "1 - 49 of 50 posts" with no page 2. tonight i had "1 - 48 of 49" show up with no page 2.
