Talking The New Look! = Prompt Address to Problem

Well, we try to keep current with activities in the Airstream Motor Home family, even though we have passed off our ownership of Silver Belle (86-345), and have some comments.
First the re-organization and styling of the Forums is Fantastic - easy to read and view and research. In my opinion, one of the nicest, if not the nicest URL in the entire spectrum.
Second - Correction of problem - I was almost frantic when I tried to check in to the new version for snooping and my ID was accepted, but not my Password. I made several futile efforts to get in to no availe - finally contacted webmaster and got immediate relief - a temporary password which enabled me to get on and then change my temporary password back to my original.
Webmaster had promptly addressed my problem - even furnished me with URL to change the temp PW once I gained entry.
I still have a genuine fondness for all things "Airstram" and still anquish a bit at giving up the livestyle and adventures of being an Airstreamer - Love to follow the trade by perusal of all the posts - relating to those which tweek memories of experiences and events associated with Airstream ownership. Must rely on auto and commercial travel due to age and infirmaties, however have come to accept the fact that I truly miss the life. Wonderful people - keep posting your adventures woes and happiness'

Hi Dr Joe & Winn

Welcome back. It's nice to know that your problem was quickly resolved.
As for age becoming a factor in our enjoyment of the RV lifestyle, I am reminded of a wise little proverb I picked up somewhere along the way:
"Gracefully surrender the things of youth but do not allow the sands of time to get in your lunch"
