Profile Picture Loaded But Does Not Appear

So I have followed as many threads as possible on profile pics but still cannot get my pic to appear on my threads. My origional pic I uploaded did appear but I wanted a different one. I deleted my origional and uploaded the new one. It is smaller than 400x400 and less than 100K. So am I missing something?

I can see your profile pic, but if you want to have your picture appear under your name in your posts, you'll want to go to your User CP and then click "Edit Avatar".
