Are you sure you're logged in on the classifieds site, or just on here? You have to login twice, once for airforums and then again if you click through to Classifieds from here.

I had trouble posting to this site while using MSN, I found Internet Explorer would let me post.

Tracker, let us know if you still have problems.
You must log in separately to the classifieds - even though you have already logged into the Forums. At least the same login and password works!

I have similar problems, but not just with classifieds. Airforums logs me out virtually every time I click into a thread from the Portal. I have had to log in a dozen or more times. Finally, I just gave up and now read Airforums as a Guest. I log in only to reply to a post.
I do not have this problem with any of the other forums I use.

That's odd. I haven't had or seen others with that problem. Have you tried to click the box to save your screen name and password? This happens every time you log onto Air forums?

I know folks that have never been able to log onto Airforums, and gave up on it.

Yep, the problems are real. I have three computers (desk & two laptops). Problem exists on all three using both IE8 and Firefox4.
I'll log in, then when I click on a thread from the Portal or Forums, and go to that page, I'm logged out. If I log in again, when I click to the next page, I'm logged out. If I click back to the Portal or Forums main page, I'm logged out. If I submit a reply, you got it, I'm logged out.
I have checked Remember Me and all computers are set up to remember Username and Password (which they do on every other forum and website). It's just Airforums I have problems with. Oddly, sometimes it works ok, but mostly it doesn't.
I don't feel loved.

Secguru, I looked into what I can of your case, and I was unable to find indication that you'd used IE. That doesn't mean that you didn't; it means that the cookie doesn't appear to have been there.
I think what I'd do in your case would be to delete your cookies manually. I'm not sure where Firefox keeps cookies, though it's probably in the same location where your IE keeps them. You probably don't have to clear all of them, if you don't want, but surely any cookie related to Airforums should go.
Then log in again and let me know how things work.
And I'd like to hear from other, more experienced folks on solutions!
Lynn
