Private Messagebox full
I'm getting emails that say my PM box is full, and people can't PM me because it tells them it is full, but there are NO messages in it! What's up with that? Am I doing something wrong?

Did you empty your 'sent' folder as well? It accounts for space too. I didn't even know that was there until mine did the same thing a while ago.

Ah-ha! There was a TON of messages there, I didn't even know there was a sent folder. Thanks, I hope that will solve the problem!

Attention Organic Andy
First of all I hope this is as good a place to post this as any. Of course I guess I could start a whole new thread, as that is the vogue thing to do around here isn't it?
Now we are in the new Upgrade. And I have found this feature, but don't want to try it and lose my PMs until I get some instruction.
Could OrganicAndy explain to me what is meant by the following:
Download All Private Messages:
XML CSV Text
Download them to what?
What is XML and CSV and Text in regards to downloading?
thanks
jaco

if you want to download your pm's to a folder on your hard drive, you choose this option, although you can also open them using it alternatively to read them. The xml is like html code, it would not do you any good to open with that format. The csv is comma seperated values for Excel spreadsheets, doubt you would want that one unless someone had sent you s spread sheet in the pm. You want to use the text option, and then decide where you are going to save the message(s).
Or you can just use the read method and delete when through.
Its a good idea to clean out the sent messages once in awhile as well.
I set up a folder in my PM for certain items related to a specific topic ( such as our local Rally) to make it easiet to find these later.
