Hi, I used the "Contact Us" link this morning I found by searching. After I submitted a message requesting a username change, I got an error and a message about an 'invalid redirect' or something like that. The PM did not go through (or at least, the PM doesn't show up in my "sent" mail box.
Is this (use "contact us") still the correct way to request name changes?

Yes, the "Contact Us" link on the bottom of the page is the way to proceed. I clicked the link and sent a test message. It is working, let me know if you continue having difficulty though.
