Please move New Event to WBCCI Category

I just added this new event (rally) but it is not showing up in the WBCCI section like I wanted. I do see it in the list of events by date, however. Please make it also show up under WBCCI rallies. thanks

P.S. How can I do this correctly next time? I did not see a dropdown choice to let me specify that this was a WBCCI rally. I simply went to the main menu "Rallies" and in the blue dropdown, I selected the button "Add a Rally"
