New trailer profile system...

I have made some changes to our profiles to capture information on our members Airstream's & Argosy's by year and make of thier trailers/motorhome. This will allow us to build a map that can show us info like forum members that own 60s Bambi's across the US, etc.

So I have set the following fields as required; First Name; Last Name; Address (line 1), City, State, Zip and Country.

Our current policy is to not share any of this information with anyone else. It's your right. So if we ever form partnerships with sponsor companies you will be promted to opt-in to any any program that would allow us to share your info. Therefore your information is safe and only used for our forum club purposes only.

(I'll be adding the Argosy drop downs over the weekend)

Oh yeah, the trailer you select will be displayed under your avatar on each post. I'd like to try and get everyone to setup the same way so we can very easily see who has what type of unit...

I have entered my '67 Overlander's serial number in the appropriate box. Please share this with Airstream Inc. so I can be notified for any recall notices

Our 05 19'Bambi INT is on order but they aren't in list. Have entered new registration info and would like to list unit with "on order", like you've done at end of your posting,( My 1961 Bambi....."recycled") will that be an option in our profiles?

Well hopefully "new" members will share more information with the forum to preclude undesirable members

Will there ever be a search mode that would allow us to find others in our area? Not personal info, but just fellow Airstreamers? That would be cool. Or I suppose a thread could just be created to let everyone know where they are located if it hasn't already been done.
