Name shown on posts

I want to change the name that is displayed when I answer or start new posts. Can any one help? You know, the one on the left side that is underlined in blue.

I think the only way to do that is to change your user name, and to do that, you will have to get with the forum Administration, and choose another user name that is currently unused.
