Moderator please help

[Foiled Again]

I've gone into my User CP and tried to stop getting e-mail notifications about threads I've followed, but checked again today and there were 18 new ones. What am I doing wrong?

I'm having the same problem. My notifications are from new posts. How do you set your settings to not add these to the subscriptions?

Go to "User CP". Then to "Settings and Options". Under "Setting and Options" go to "edit Options". Look in the center of the page for "Messaging & Notification" where you will find a drop down box in "Default Thread Subscription Mode"(you might have to scroll down) with four options. Pick the one that works best for you.

Thanks. Found it. I must have looked at that a number of times and just didn't "see" it!

That's part of the set-up. In addition, if there is a thread or two that you want to pay particular attention to, you can set just that thread into the "anti-default" position. Go to User CP, List Subscriptions (left side), click to select a subscribed thread, and then use the drop-down menu at the bottom right of the page to change the settings for just that thread.

One further note - once you have changed your subscription preferences in your user CP, you can manage your already existing subscriptions here: http://www.airforums.com/forums/subs...n&folderid=all deleting any that you are no longer interested in.

Sometime ago I tried to STOP the Classifieds from being sent to my email address. I was Unsuccessful. I still get them daily Any suggestions.
