Losing Threads

Over the weekend I discovered that my subscription to the "1st Annual Burning Man...." thread had disappeared. ARTSTREAM had the same problem. Is this a random event, something about this particular thread, or something more general to the subscription system on the Forums? Do I need to worry about losing other threads?

http://www.airforums.com/forums/f288...lly-39011.html

Anyone else having a problem with this thread or other threads?

Zep

hi zep...

i've occasionally lost a subscription to a thread...

this has happened when the thread was moved to another (more appropriate) forum/subforum...

for example you started THIS thread in the 'forum rallies' section,

but after the mods move it to the 'forum how to's and support' section,

we both may lose our subscriptions...

so i'm wondering did the bm thread recently get moved?

cheers

... or sometimes an idiot (ME) comes along and says something absurd and the dialog pertainings to said idiot is deleated along with the innocent (YOU)response to the absurdity of said idiot causing the subscription to said thread is be lost. Well it is not really lost, just missing from the world of the FORUM.

Good luck with finding said thread,
hope you remember it in your head, and hope it did not get,
put to bed, instead.
Does this paint you red?

well, dumb me, I [originally] put this thread in the forum where the lost thread was put [originally]! Obviously, thinking too much.

Thanks, 2Air, I had heard that long ago but most things not reaccessed often somehow get beyond my memory event horizon.

Frank, being luckier than you
the mods haven't put the screw
to even a few
of my posts, ... phew!

On the subject of missing threads, what's happened to the photo of the month sub-forum?
I never submitted much, but I've always enjoyed looking at the pictures.

One of these days, I would like to see him type in real-time. He must go through a LOT of keyboards.
