How do I ad a picture next to my username?

Welcome to the Forums...

Go to your User control Panel (click "User CP " in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page)... In your Control Panel, click on "Edit Your Avatar" under "Settings and Options" on the left, and you'll find the dialogue to post an avatar (what you call a logo) to your name...be sure to click "Save Changes" at the bottom of that page when you're ready. Note the file size limitations...

It's called an "Avatar". You add it in your UserCP...click 'User CP' then 'Edit Avatar'. They do have to be small, so you may have to shrink a photo to fit.
