Log-in Problem

Is there a way to change the timing in the automatic pop-up which tells me I have to log on or join up? It frequently pops up when I am in the middle logging in. MOST Irritating part of using this forum for me, and I am on a number o them; none of the others do this kind of thing! 😁

I just check the "remember me" box and that keeps me logged in all the time when the computer is on. Since there is no really private information on the site, I have no issues remaining logged in all the time.

I don't know why, but the remember me button doesn't remember me. I usually am reading on my iPad. Does anyone know if that could be a factor? Also, I start from the email notice. ����

Remebering is probably done by installing a cookie on your machine. If you opt-out or delete cookies as I do, then you are going to get the default pop-up behavior. It would be nice if the site would give you enough time to log in before the pop-up even without a saved cookie.
