Leak in Belly Pan

I have a 1974 Land Yacht and haven't used it in 3-4 years. I'm trying to sell and when I hooked up the water, it immediately started dripping water out of the small drain holes in the tank shroud or belly pan area. Does anyone know a ballpark figure of what it would take to fix this?

It depends on what is leaking. My guess is the repair will be fairly simply once you get to it but removing and repairing the belly pan will likely be the most expensive part.
