inspector and transport

I am considering a used airstream in Georgia but live in Oregon. Anyone able to inspect/transport? Thanks for any advice

Round trip would be about 120 hours, at about four gallons an hour. figure about $1200 just in gas. Figure in wear and tear on the tow vehicle and compensation for the drivers time.

You also have to hope that the trailers tires, brakes are good, and lights work.

If it was me, I would get a tow vehicle first. Try to find a closer purchase. Do the pickup yourself. In the long run you could afford to buy a much nicer trailer.
