Inserting links, websites, youtube, into posts

Would someone tell me how to insert links to websites and/or youtube videos into posts? There are some products on the market I would like to get feedback on them.

I can't believe this hasn't been answered yet today.

Check out the little icons above the message box. One of them is the "Insert Link: icon... looks like a couple of chain links and a globe. That's one way to insert a link. For videos, click on the "Go Advanced" button below the message box. Lots more options there.
