How to add to Folders

In User CP there is a section "Subscriptions" and under that is "Edit Folders". I assume this is a means of storing your frequently used posts but how do you move a post or thread to a Folder?

I can create a folder but have not seen how to fill it.

Any help?

One thing the "edit folder" is for, is to move your read or sent PMs so you don't have to delete them. Of course, I'd rather forget most of my PMs anyway...
