how do I search for an "exact phrase"?

I cant seem to figure it out, I tried quotation marks, like with Google.

The forums search function is limited. The best you can do is go to the advanced search function...

Whats amazing is it lest you search the stupid faq with phrases but not the forum.

You can search using the "and" function. Type cutter and gas in the search box and it will only show posts with both words. If you go to the advanced box you can specify that it show the results as posts instead of threads. Normally if you know the 2 or 3 words that are a phrase it will find it, but not always. The "and" will work 90% of the time.

The search feature on this site is very weak. I use Google to search this website. Here is how to limit the results to the forums on this site.

Go to www.google.com and type the following in using quotes around your search terms to get an exact phrase match.
