Help with Featured Ad

I paid the $100 to have my ad Featured on Airstream Classifieds, but somehow my ad is not showing in the Featured section. I don't see a phone number to call and get assistance. I did email thru the contact method provided. Is there someone I can call or email directly for assistance. Also, when I try to edit my ad to add pictures, the pictures are not saving to the add. They show to load and when I click "Finish" and go back to my ad, the additional pictures do not show up.

I'm just looking for some assistance as I am new to Airstream Classifieds and Air Forums.

It looks like perhaps another ad was set up and then deleted and the feature got lost in the crossfire. Good luck with your sale.

I’m having a problem loading pictures to my featured add. Asked about it and was sent to forums for advice and when I think I followed the directions no pictures. Notified again and was told to directly send them to the responsible person and they would be added. Clicked reply and tried to add pics but within a few minutes was notified it didn’t go work. Used the classified to buy and sell for many years. Not good with a computer so any step by step instructions that will work would help greatly. Nealei

I suggest reaching out directly to the "Help Desk" aka "Contact Us" using the link button on the bottom of every Forum or Classified Page. I embedded the link for you in the text of the prior sentence. That link will get you in touch with the right Tech People to help out with your situation.
