Forum rating icons?

As I read the forum threads, I note that many have either paper clips, push pins, check marks etc in the rating column. I have been unable to find an index that shows me what they mean. Can someone please direct me to a thread or index to explain them?

Thanks,

Bob

If you put your mouse pointer over these icons, a window will appear with details. The paperclip tells you that there are attachments (usually pictures) in the thread. The push pin denotes that the thread is stickey (always on the top of the list). The checkmark means that you are subscribed to the thread.

Rivets are a measure of how good looking you are. If you have 5, you are as good as it gets. Members with 1 should not go outside because you scare people. 2 means a good plastic surgeon might be able to help you.

Oh, maybe I have it wrong—5 means "don't believe anything this guy has to say, especially at 2:30 am".

But wait, it's the "do you have a life meter?" People with 5 rivets spend so much time on the Forum they don't have a life. You reach 5 rivets when you post 500 times. You look pale because you haven't been outside for 2 years and are living in your trailer.

If you make 10,000 posts, you will get an award from the Get-A-Life Foundation. The award consists of a plaque with a photo of your family (you never see them because you spend too much time on the forums) and a subscription to AIRholics Anonymous.
