Does anyone know what's happening to the forum today? When I log in, it continually signs me out and I have to log in again to get anywhere. Just to do this post, it logged me out three times. Dang it....

One of the other weird things it does is scroll me to the bottom of the screen when I go into a thread. I roll to the top and it takes me back to the bottom. Maybe it's the metal plate in my head.

If you are being continually logged out it's likely that your cookies are being purged at page changes. we use them to keep you logged in. Have you changed up your security settings recently?

Thanks Janet....that makes sense. I will check cookies in my security settings. I use two different computers and it's only doing it on one of them.

Also must check Remember Me box when you log in IMO, especially if you are OTRA (on the road again), and your vehicle travels through various WIFI and cell coverage zones.

Unrelated to the cookie issue. I have a hotspot which I pay a monthly fee for x amount of bites. Are the video ads costing me bites? Why the redundancy of having up to 3 video ads of the same topic on the same page? Sorry, I would rather watch LoLoHo on Youtube, than improving my eating habits...up to three times. Mod-Gods You have successfully made this site the friendliest R.V. site on the internet Good job.

I find I can't be on the forum much when traveling for the same reason. The ads just eat up my data usage. I have to pay $100 for 10 GB on Verizon. If I stay off of the forum it will last about 6 weeks but if I don't then I get about 3 weeks before I run out.

I thought my computer had a data sucking virus. Now I know. I pay $55 for 6 GB on virgin and noticed shorter usage time with the ads. I would rather pay the forums more $ for no video ads than give it to virgin. Masseyfarm brought this to my attention as the reason he doesn't visit the forum as often. The comradery here is second to none, and would hate to see it dwindle. I wonder if the smartphone people have noticed the added usage as well? Letting the Mods know their may be probs. in attendance. I want this forum to thrive

Streaminwild when on our droid phone or tablet we use AirForums via the app and do not see any ads whatsoever.

So hopefully no extra suckage of gigs.
