Angry Flashplayer Caused Crashes & Sign-up Pop-up BS!

What is with the folks who own & run this website!!??

1 - Flashplayer Ads' BS Causing Browser Crashes:

I know you need to have advertisers who pay to run it, but at this point their obnoxious multiple Flashplayer ads are crashing my browser regularly. Apparently this has to do with some Flashplayer routine that mines my computer for data to post ads.

So I took to deleting EVERY Flashplayer process in my Windows Task Manager as soon as they try to load! Many times it's crashing the browser before I can even do that.

Net result - I do NOT see ANY of your paid advertisers' ads!!

Why can't you just police their ads & require that they do NOT run these invasive & overloading processes in Flashplayer!!??

2 - Your own stupid Sign-up for Daily E-mails Pop-up BS:

These stupid things pop-up numerous times - EVEN WHEN I'M ALREADY LOGGED ON & AM ALREADY REGISTERED FOR IT - and does so not just once, BUT 2, 3, 4 TIMES IN SUCCESSION WHEN I HIT THE "X"!!??

I mean really - REALLY!? webmaster & IT folks at AirForums - that is just stupid obnoxious!!

You really need to fix your damned pop-up or make it a set message bar at the top of the window & NOT INTERFERING WITH OUR READING THE FORUMS MULTIPLE TIMES!!

While I usually am old school in my writing & usually use all caps for graphic effect - not for the "modern internet" usage of "yelling" - in this case I'm so fed up that I am YELLING!

FIX THESE TWO BS PROBLEMS! ....Pleeeez!

TIA,
Tom

I deleted Flash from all my Macs using the Adobe Uninstaller. Tired of frequent upgrades, possible security issues, and performance issues. Got used to no Flash on my mobile devoces so why have it on my desktop/laptops.

Kelvin,

I still think it's up to this website's owners to police their own advertisers, for all of whom the abusive ones are spoiling it for all the rest, & just P.O.ing we prospective clientele with this crapola!

Not everyone can completely delete Flashplayer, since it's needed in other non-advertising cases, such as some of the biz oriented websites' I go to for news stories etc.

We should not have to alter & do without, due to abusers.

As for security breaches, well any & all of your programs on your computer can & in all probability will become avenues for security breaches, hacking, trojans, etcs....

AirForums - fix your site!
