Deleting cookies may help log in issues
After our recent server maintenance lots of folks have been experiencing log in issues. It may help to delete your cookies and temp Internet files. These small bits of info stored on your system help the site load faster by remembering info from prior visits. But as our site is on a different server, new location - your old cookie info is inaccurate.
To purge temp Internet files and cookies (Windows IE):
>Open Internet Explorer
>Click on Tools (tool bar)
>Click Internet options and a box will open with several tabs.
Under the General tab see “temporary internet files”
>Click delete files in this section - you may be asked if you really want to do this - say yes. It may take several minutes to delete all these old files - and your computer will run faster!
Then repeat this whole thing except click “delete Cookies”
Please be aware when you do this that any passwords saved on your system to automatically log you into sites will be deleted and when you visit those sites you will have to log in - but only the first time you visit.
It’s important to do this because if you have cookies saved and have reset your passwords or account info - the cookies may be out of date and inaccurate.

Thanks, Janet! For 3 days I've been wondering what I did wrongly that messed up getting into the forums. This seems to have fixed it, though I wonder what I'll run into down the way for having deleted these features ~G

In Safari, select Preferences in the Safari menu. Click on the Security tab. Click on the Show Cookies button. Scroll down until you see the .airstreamforums.com cookies. Click on the first one. Shift-click on the last one. This should highlight them all. Click on the Remove button. This will let you remove the offending cookies without deleting all the others for your other websites. Of course, if you want to blow away ALL your cookies, skip the highlighting and just click the Remove All button.

Your computer will feel better if you toss your cookies...
