Classifieds question

The last few times I've checked the Classifieds all I've gotten as a result has been a map with pins on it. I've accepted all of the trackers, I select the proper filters, and I get a result that says there are 12 for sale and a map with a bunch of pins. I click on a pin and get that ad.


When I do the same search using the app on the iPhone I get actual results. I'd rather use the computer since print and pictures are all larger. For the tech people, the computer is a Macbook Air running Big Sur 11.4. I'm using Firefox.

How many days after I verify my phone number does it take so that I may post selling our Airstream?

I don't think there is any waiting period. You do need to login to the classified with the same ID/Password that you use for the forums.

I have same results w/classifieds for quite awhile, never able to get any ads.

I struggled for a bit my first time wanting to access the classified ads. You have to log in separately for the classified, at least I did. If my memory is correct, it was with the same credentials as the main forum, but to make it work I logged out of the forum totally and then followed a link directly to the classified ads page.

I just tried logging into the Classifieds after being logged in here. Put in my search parameters and it says there are 12 trailers that match and gave me a map with pins.


I suppose that most people look closest to home first, so the pins will help them. I'm looking for certain features that don't show up on the search parameters, so I really need to see the individual ad. I can usually tell about one feature just by seeing a picture. Price is also a factor, so I can ignore those that are too expensive IF I get a list of ads. I can't do that with a map of pins.

IMO the new classified section is not user friendly....
