I think I have logged out of norton, but I'm still having the problem.

SO when you try to log into chat - what exactly is the error message you get?

Are your running Internet explorer?

Yes, Iam running Internet Explorer, and the error message states "Error Connecting to Server. Please try again in a few Minutes."

I want to thank everyone for their help, but the problem has been fixed, I restarted my computer because it was acting odd, then all of a sudden it was like a hard reset for the computer, and everything is working now. It was weird because I shut off my computer everytime when I go, but some some reason, its working now, thank you everyone!

It seems that the warning if a other logging in is gone.
I was used to hear welcome if a other person got into the chat.
also now I'm loged out after 15 minutes or so.
