Can't get water to flow from sink faucet.

Hi all, (Help)
1st time trailer owner, have Bambi 2020 16RB, dealer winterized in December.
HW Heater-have bypass valve perpendicular to pipes, other 2 in line.
Dealer said leave it that way after they winterized it. 2 water pump valves are in line w pipes, pump drain valve is perpendicular.

Opened 2 drain valves at rear beneath HW Heater, after water came out I closed them, drained grey/black water.
Opened kitchen faucet to hot, turned water pump on, got the squishy airy sound but no water comes out faucet. Didn't open outdoor shower faucet though, unsure about this.

No running water where AS is, connected a sump pump in bucket of fresh water into city water inlet til what I think is full, wldn't take any more water but pump switch gauge says 0% full. Tried pouring fresh water into the other inlet and it comes out drain whether pump drain valve is open or closed, so I closed it.

Afraid I'm going to ruin water pump if I keep turning on with no water flowing from faucet. 3 hour drive to dealer, don't know what to do other than bring it there.

thanks for advice in advance.

Did you fill the water tank? City water connection does not fill tank. If all else fails, open your manual and read how to fill water tank, close all drains, and make sure HWT valves are in operating position.

Sorry to hear of your trouble. Here are some things you can try.

1. The pump can run for quite a while without water so short trials won't harm it especially of you give it a minute in between tries.

2. The city inlet has a 45 psi regulator so you won't have much luck getting water into it unless you hook up to a municipal water source.

3. Your manual will describe how to de-winterize. It is your friend, you should get it out and follow it. They are also available online.

4. You need to fill your fresh water tank with a bit of water. The pump takes its water from your fresh tank.

5. City water inlet bypasses tank and pump, goes straight to cold water lines so it won't work for you as mentioned before.

6. Other inlet is most likely the sewer tank clean out and that is why it is draining out. Close the sewer valves when not draining to avoid build up in the tank. See instruction manual on that.

7. Generally behind a small locked access panel is the fill inlet for the fresh water tank find it and fill the tank from there. See manual for location.

So get some water in your tank so the level indicator at the pump switch is showing you have at least some water in the tank. Then the pump will fill the hot water heater and deliver hot and cold water.

Good luck!
