Can't edit user details

When I try to edit my details, I make the changes then click save. I get a message that my session has timed out the the changes are not made. I've tried repeatedly for the past few days with no luck. Help?

Try logging out and restarting then trying again. As you login click the remember me button. It sounds like your session cookie may be the issue - this should reset it.

Been there, done that on my iPad. All to no avail. When I save my changes all I get is the spinning ball ad nausium.

Any suggestion(s) would be happily appreciated.
