Can't change user details

Hello. I have tried twice to update my User Details. When I hit SAVE I get:

vBulletin Message
Your session has expired. Please login again.

Yet I'm still logged in and making the change only takes a minute.

System does not save my changes.

Are you scrolling all the way to the bottom and hitting the “Save Changes” button?

I just edited a phone number and it saved fine for me.

Might also log out, and then back in.

Try sending your message to the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page.

Yes. That is when I get the expired session message.

I did earlier but it hasn't been that long and it is Sunday so a bit early to expect a reply....

I'll try the log out and log in step. I have rebooted a few times in between tries to save info but that had no effect.

Don’t know what browser you are using, but could also try closing everything out before trying again.

Also maybe turn your computer or laptop off as the last step in the above process.

If you are on a mobile device, or IPad, also could try a hard reset, pressing the home button and off at the same time, to power off.

Lest I sound like a computer geek, trust that I am not, but I do have an adult son who is an IT wizard and these are all things he has walked me thru when I have been stuck with something.
