Everyday I find such a wealth of information from all the members here, info that on some threads are specifically what I need for my work in progress. Problem is that I keep losing the threads. I see where people "bookmark" the threads so they Keep contact with them. How do I go about bookmarking?

select the triangle next to 'Thread Tools' then 'Subscribe to this thread'
next time you goto the 'User CP (control panel)' you will see all your subscribed threads and subsequent posts

You can also do it through Internet Explorer by clicking on "Favorites", then "add to favorites".

There are a couple other ways you can do this outside of the forum software.

- By clicking in the address pane at the top of your browser you can copy the address of the page and than paste it into a word document or in notepad. Then add your own reference to remember what the post was refering to.

- My favorite is Google Notebook. It's a browser add-on that allows you to "note" any page "on the fly" as you are browsing. You can also add reference notes to each entry and you can also create categories and organize your notes as you like. For me, this has been invaluable for collecting my restoration info.
